Cheri's classes incorporate the flowing movement of vinyasa yoga with traditional seated postures. They are moderately paced and suitable for all abilities. Students are encouraged to find their own balance between effort and ease, turning their focus within the body to bring a sense of inner stability and harmony.
Classes are your sanctuary, an escape from the hustle and bustle of life. Each class is based on a theme (welcoming a season, finding your core strength etc.) The gentle warm up exercises, flowing sequence of postures, breathing practice and relaxation all aim to embody the topic, although each person will experience it in their own unique way.
Option 1 - £30 for a block of 4 classes which can be used over a 5 week period. Option 2 - £8.00 per class
We encourage people to book in advance to secure your place in the class. *Paid for sessions can be carried over for one week if necessary.

At Cowan House we like to keep our classes small and personal, for a more private feel. This means Cheri can cater to each person's individual needs.
There is no need to bring your own mat unless you would like to, all equipment including blankets, blocks and straps are provided. Wear clothes that enable you to move freely and that you feel comfortable in.
During cooler months you may prefer to bring an extra layer and socks to keep you warm during the relaxation part of the session.
*Like with all other services at Cowan House, we must implement a 24 hour cancellation policy. Therefore if you do need to cancel please ring reception on 01934 643262. If cancellation does not take place within the 24 hours prior to the appointment time, we will be unable to give a refund.
