These past couple of months Paul Black has been busy orchestrating multiple open days and taster afternoons, to give people an idea of what Homeopathy and Bowen Technique are all about.
This year for International Bowen Therapy Week, Paul held a taster day at Cowan House and provided information on how Bowen Technique can help your health. As well as a friendly chat, Paul also offered 20-minute sample sessions. We are giving those of you that were disappointed as Paul did not have time to see you, the chance to book one of these sessions via our reception.
The Bowen Technique is a soft remedial therapy, a bit like a massage. It is a gentle, non-invasive, relaxing treatment that uses fingers or thumbs to move over muscle, ligament tendon and fascia. This encourages the body to realign and re-balance itself, promote healing, relieve pain and tension, and recover energy. Click here to find out more about Bowen Technique.
The day was a great success. Paul was able to raise over £50 in donations for charity through his free taster sessions, and had a busy day raising awareness of both the Bowen Technique and the Tom Bowen Legacy Trust Fund (TBLTF) - a not-for-profit organisation formed to support children with disabilities and provide gifts to children requiring special help with electrical and mechanical equipment, to enhance their quality of life.
