I have worked closely with children and young adults for many years as a TA in pupil referral units and Schools, care and youth foyers. Supporting children with behavioural problems and SEN needs. I have an embedded understanding of their needs as an individual with a desire to be heard and understood. I have developed my experiences in order to make my counselling practice a unique service for over 6 years. Although I have experience with a wide range of issues that lead people to counselling, I also have experience within education and care settings. It can often be hard to come to accept help when you have been told you have to rely on others due to learning difficulties, especially if you are very independent in nature. Asking for help is not always easy, and it is especially harder when you live in a world where you feel different from others. You need not be alone in this. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. call me for a quick no-obligation chat.I am a registered Counsellor that offers a wide range of support and techniques for Children and adults.
