Classes will be based around posture, core stability, and strengthening the deep lying muscles from shoulder to hip. Having a strong core improves your performance in all activities from carrying shopping and gardening to rock climbing! As well as strengthening and toning the body. These excercises can enhance circulation and relieve muskuloskeletal discomfort.
The excercises also help to improve flexibility, strength and relaxation, and can alleviate lower back problems. It is perfect for the rehabilitation of many injuries, and can be an excellent follow up to physiotherapy, chiropractic and osteopathic treatment.
The rewards of this programme are great, and improvements in posture and sense of well-being will be felt in just a few weeks.

At Cowan House, classes are kept small for a private, professional feel. They cater for all ages, skills and fitness levels, so it doesn't matter whether you are a complete beginner or at a more advanced level.
To ensure your place in the class, you must book in advance as classes hold a maximum of 8 people and spaces fill up quickly.
