COUNSELLING
Counselling is essentially a talking therapy that seeks to help you to find a way forward, in a confidential and non-judgemental space.
Liz's approach to counselling puts the client first, helping you to explore whatever concerns you may have and work through the issues that are troubling you. Liz will also provide you with the tools and techniques to deal with certain situations and help you to think about them from a different, more manageable perspective.
Trained in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person Centred counselling, Liz will adapt her therapeutic approached to suit your needs.
Sometimes it is easier to talk to someone you don't know - this is where counselling comes in. Counsellors are trained to really listen, and help you cope with and work through your problems.
