Do you have difficulty falling asleep? Wake up during the night or too early in the morning? Feel worried or exhausted? Can't cope or see a way forward?
You could benefit quickly through Paul's 'Specialist Integrated Solution Focussed Therapy'; which deals directly with the underlying factors that contribute to issues of 'sleepless nights'.
GOOD SLEEP IS CRUCIAL
Good sleep is a biological necessity, critical to maintaining quality of life. 'Poor sleep' affects everything from your productivity, to your moods and health. With good sleep you become much happier, make better, more reasonable decisions and think more clearly.
This puts you in to the right frame of mind to comprehensively tackle and overcome on going 'day-to-day' problems - enabling you to cope with life's crucial decisions, along with the overall stresses, strains and anxieties of daily life.
CAN THE GOOD SLEEP CLINIC HELP ME?
Clients come to see Paul because they have sleep problems. Research shows that 'REM deprivation' helps develop depression. Prolonged periods of sleeplessness can lead to: Fatigue, lack of motivation, an inability to cope with stress, compromised immunity, impaired problem solving ability, irritability, and potential weight gain.
The Good Sleep Clinic can also help with: Insomnia, Narcolepsy and Excessive Daytime Sleepiness, Obstructive Sleep Apnoea, Restless Legs Syndrome, Sleep Walking and Sleep Terrors, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Hormonal imbalance, Debilitating Migraines, Brain Over-Stimulation, Anxiety Disorders, Cognitive Disturbances, Depressive Behaviours, Memory Issues, Worrying, Change in Circumstances, Over Tiredness, and Occupational Related Problems.
By focusing on the positive and encouraging a shift in perspective, the Good Sleep Clinic can also help clients suffering with: Panic Attacks, Bereavement, Agoraphobia, ME, IBS, Irrational Phobias, along with painful memories and traumatic experiences.
Paul's specialist, proven integrated programme helps improve and maintain a positive state of mind, and makes you more productive - having created and implemented sufficient, regular and restful sleep.
He induces a 'slumber-like-state' that reduces anxiety and is implemented very simply through relaxation and visualisation techniques- enabling clients to focus on the positive aspects of their lives and encourages a shift in perspective.
Paul utilises practical, modern and well-researched strategies to help clients quickly make significant, positive changes in their lives. He looks at what clients want to achieve, rather than the problems that have prompted them to seek change - focusing on the present and future rather than the past.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SEE PAUL?
Paul offers a FREE initial consultation, where he clearly identifies underlying details about you. He then takes you through a proven 'Personality Profiling' questionnaire. This clearly identifies your 'Temperament' and determines the dominance order of the four main functions: 'Sensing', 'Intuition', 'Thinking' and 'Feeling' - which in turn encourages the development of our 'Dominant', 'Inferior', 'Tertiary' and 'Auxiliary' behaviours.
With this information fully assessed and appraised, then offers a fully 'Integrated Programme'- a series of personal 'one-to-one' sessions of bespoke treatment, lasting 50 minutes.
"We spend a third of our lives asleep, and when sleeping, we help to condition the subconscious, intelligent brain; by actively processing the negative stresses into positive thoughts; which ensures nourishing good sleep".
