About Jess
Jess graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of West of England (UWE Bristol) in 2019, following earlier experience working at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. After qualifying, she gained experience through hospital based rotations and specialised in paediatrics in 2020.
Alongside running Mini to Mighty Physio, Jess continues to work as a paediatric physiotherapist within the NHS, where she support children with a range of complex needs. This dual role ensures my practice remains current, evidence-based, and family-focused.
As a Mum of three (including twins!), she understands how important it is for families to feel supported and listened to. Jess’ approach is always warm, collaborative and child led.

Jess is registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP), the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), as well as the Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists (APCP). She is also enhanced DBS checked.
What to Expect from a Home Physiotherapy Session
Home visits allow Jess to carry out thorough assessments in an environment where your child feels most relaxed, free from the stress of clinics or unfamiliar settings.
Our first session is all about getting to know you and your child. We’ll chat about your child’s history and goals, watch how they move and play and gently assess their strength, balance and coordination. Everything is relaxed and child friendly. Together, we’ll make a clear plan and next steps so you can help continue the progress at home.
