THE HOUSE
Cowan House is a newly renovated Victorian town house with a number of multifunctional rooms that can be hired either separately, or in its entirety. The rooms themselves are modern and spacious with a luxury feel, and can be tailored to the individual’s desires. The facilities have been built to suit a range of requirements and provide clients with total accessibility.
THE ATMOSPHERE
Cowan House offers a calming and comfortable environment, through luxe furnishings and elegant colour palettes to superior customer service. The staff strive to provide a secure, professional and sociable environment with a welcoming atmosphere. The aim is to deliver a “personal but still professional” amenity – an alternative to the cold conference hall, hospital or doctors surgery.
THE LOCATION
Cowan House is located close to the centre of Weston-super-Mare, looking out upon the conservation area of Ellenborough Park. It is easily accessible via public transport, and in walking distance from the train station and the seafront. The building is aesthetically pleasing, bursting with original Victorian charm and surrounded by greenery.

History
Cowan House has a rich history dating back to the 1850’s when two tenants in common owned Ellenborough Park, originally a large area of parkland in Weston-Super-Mare.
Accessibility
Cowan House is wheel chair friendly and currently provides a lift, ramp, disabled parking and a large downstairs disabled WC.
Cowan House implements a 24 hour cancellation policy. Therefore if you do need to cancel please ring reception on 01934 643 262 or email info@cowanhouse.co.uk. If cancellation takes place within 24 hours of your appointment, you may be charged. This will be at the practitioners discretion.
