THE HOUSE
Cowan House is a newly renovated Victorian town house with a number of multifunctional rooms that can be hired either separately, or in its entirety. The rooms themselves are modern and spacious with a luxury feel, and can be tailored to the individual's desires. The facilities have been built to suit a range of requirements and provide clients with total accessibility.
THE ATMOSPHERE
Cowan House offers a calming and comfortable environment, through luxe furnishings and elegant colour palettes to superior customer service. The staff strive to provide a secure, professional and sociable environment with a welcoming atmosphere. The aim is to deliver a "personal but still professional" amenity - an alternative to the cold conference hall, hospital or doctors surgery.
THE LOCATION
Cowan House is located close to the centre of Weston-super-Mare, looking out upon the conservation area of Ellenborough Park. It is easily accessible via public transport, and in walking distance from the train station and the seafront. The building is aesthetically pleasing, bursting with original Victorian charm and surrounded by greenery.
