WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?
Reflexology is the traditional practice of using reflexes on the feet to support a persons health. Reflexology stimulates the circulation, the central nervous system and lymphatic system to encourage the movement and drainage of toxins and waste from our bodies.
By using specific techniques and pressure points reflexology is able to target specific points within the body.

I am a registered practitioner in Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage for North Somerset, a specialised technique designed at using reflexology to drain the lymphatic system, more information can be found on the following website. Additionally I also do a specialist chi energy technique within the reflexology practise.
Reflexology is a relaxing treatment which can also leave you feeling uplifted and energised!

ABOUT DEBBIE
Debbie is a Clinical Complementary Healthcare Therapist, meaning she has a BSc. Having gained Level 5 in Clinical Reflexology, Level 5 Clinical Aromatherapy and Level 4 in Holistic Massage at Cardiff Met University, she is passionate about the use of the body, how it works and the ways that natural remedies can support the health and well being of the individual. As a Holistic practitioner Debbie's philosophy is to address the holistic needs of the individual, and that many of our ailments are interrelated. Therefore when providing a healthcare plan it is important to take into consideration all of the persons needs and conditions and provide care accordingly, rather than in isolation. Debbie has experience in both a clinical and medical environments and can also support people through pregnancy, palliative care and cancer care.
