Our service users and clients are from all over North Somerset, Somerset, Bristol and beyond. We cater especially well for clients with disabilities. We have a four-man lift, wide doors, and bathrooms designed for all clients to access.
Our reception team is diverse in age and educational background. We believe this is helpful in making our clients comfortable when they visit Cowan House in person or when we communicate by email or phone. We wish to provide the best guidance we can for our clients.
*Like with all other services at Cowan House, we must implement a 24 hour cancellation policy. Therefore if you do need to cancel please ring reception on 01934 643262. If cancellation does not take place within the 24 hours prior to the appointment time, we will be unable to give a refund.
