Self-Hypnosis Workshop
A wonderful self-hypnosis workshop brought to you by Carolyn Taylor.
The aim of the workshop is to teach you how to sink into a beautiful state of calm relaxation at will.
This is a practical two and a half hour workshop with a skilled and experienced hypnotherapist that will give you a myriad of skills that will help to improve sleep, increase confidence, take control of unwanted habits and many more.
The event will take place at Cowan House on Saturday 14th September at 2pm until 4:30pm

NAIL CUTTING CLINIC NOW OPEN
We are pleased to announce that our new nail cutting clinic with Sophie is now open for bookings. Clients can be referred to the nail cutting clinic by one of our Podiatrists, who will first assess the condition of the feet. If the Podiatrist deems the client suitable they may book their next appointment into the nail cutting clinic via reception.
30 minute appointments with the nail cutting clinic are charged at £28 and include nail cutting, filing, cuticle work and moisturiser application.

We are very pleased to have been part of the approval process for one of our practitioners, who have been awarded CQC status and are allowed to practice from our property.
If you have a practice or business that requires a premises that can meet the CQC standards, we would be delighted to host you too. Please get in touch by completing our contact form.
*Cowan House implements a 24 hour cancellation policy. Therefore if you do need to cancel please ring reception on 01934 643262. If cancellation does not take place within 24 hours prior to the appointment we will be unable to give a refund.
