BEREAVEMENT COUNSELLING
Karen offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for those that have been bereaved and or have experienced a loss.
It is a space of hope for peace, on the road to healing from your loss. Karen will support you to find a place of recovery and healing.
WHY CHOOSE THERAPY?
Every one’s grief is different. There is no specific right way to grieve and move forward. Bereavement support will help you develop coping mechanisms and provides a professional to talk to, as emotions can be difficult, strong and at times overwhelming.
During the session with resources and support you begin to find a place of recovery in your life. This is a process that does not happen overnight, it may take weeks, months, years, or a lifetime. The sessions are designed to help you journey through your grief, loss, or significant life change. To find a way to cope with everyday situations in the post loss world around you.
