WAXING TREATMENTS

Waxing is a great way to reduce hair regrowth as it removes the hair from the root, this damages the blood supply to the follicle thus reducing the strength of the hair. This will ultimately diminish the hair growth in time.

Sports massage is the firmest and deepest massage that Sophie offers, this deep tissue massage is performed using the forearms, elbows, and knuckles.

Hot stone massage uses smooth, volcanic, basalt stones warmed up to 55 degrees, the heat, weight and smooth surface of the stone makes it a perfect tool for massage therapy.

This universally favoured style of massage involves long deep strokes towards the heart, relaxing the body whilst simultaneously improving blood flow.
Aromatherapy         45/60 minute                                         £38 - £50
Sophie is a level 4 clinical aromatherapist, meaning she can use aromatherapy in a clinical setting, complementing medical treatment with the use of essential oils.

​Indian head massage is given to clients while they're seated, the upper back and shoulders are treated as well as the neck and head, this style of massage is suitable for those with head tension and those who carry stress in the upper body.

HOLISTIC

Ear Candling                          40 minutes                                         £35
Also known as Thermo-auricular therapy is a holistic therapy where waxed linen cones are placed in the ear canal and lit the other end, for the purpose of deep relaxation, some clients also report a feeling of clearer ear passages and improved hearing.
Reiki                                     30/55 minutes                            £28 - £43
Reiki is a form of hands on healing, focusing on the 7 energy centres of the body. It is a holistic therapy meaning the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual needs of the receiver are worked on. 
Aromatherapy Facial         30/60 minutes                            £26 - £42
Using her knowledge of aromatherapy for skin complaints, Sophie will tailor your facial to your specific skincare needs. The 30 minute facial includes a double cleanse, tone, exfoliate, hot towel and mask. The 60 minute facial includes all of the above with the addition of a 30 minute shoulder, neck and face massage.
